He has prosecuted multi-million dollar commercial litigation cases and negotiated and closed multi-million dollar real estate transactions.

As co-lead counsel for groups of investors, Mr. Carriero litigated various shareholder class actions and corporate derivative cases on behalf of aggrieved investors achieving settlements ranging from $1 million to more than $3 million.

As counsel for real property investors, Mr. Carriero has been involved in numerous sale, purchase and mortgage financing transactions, including multi-family apartment buildings, stores, factories, warehouses, environmentally hazardous properties, foreclosures, work-outs, construction loans and IRC 1031 tax-deferred exchanges.

Mr. Carriero also writes wills, trusts and estate plans and handles the probate of wills and administration of estates, including contested and ancillary probates and contested accountings.
